لم يتمكن أردا جولر من الظهور بشكل رسمي مع ريال مدريد حتى الآن، ولم يخض أي دقيقة بسبب الإصابة التي تعرض لها في الركبة اليمنى، قبل مباراة ميلان، في يوليو الماضي.

وبحسب شبكة “ذا أثليتك” فإن الإصابة في الغضروف الداخلي بالركبة اليمنى، ولم يتم تحديد مدة معينة للتعافي، حيث ينقسم العلاج إلى راحة ثم علاج طبيعي وبعض التمرينات.

ونجح ريال مدريد في خطف جولر من أنياب برشلونة، بعدما قدم عرضًا أعلى من الشرط الجزائي والذي كان يقدر بـ17.5 مليون يورو، حيث دفع النادي الملكي 20 مليون يورو كمبلغ ثابت و10 ملايين يورو أخرى كإضافات بحسب التقارير.

After dominating the Tests against West Indies, they took their eye off the ball at Eden Park. Though their bowlers made West Indies huff and puff, their batsmen know they can’t get complacent.West Indies endured a woeful 2013 in comparison, having won only nine ODIs out of 24, losing 13. The jury’s still out on the split-captaincy policy with Dwayne Bravo not delivering the results expected, even at home. Their opening bowlers finally hit their straps at Eden Park but the batsmen have continued to blow hot and cold. They are without Chris Gayle, Marlon Samuels and Darren Bravo (who flew back home for personal reasons), which makes their job harder. It might also leave them depending more on their bowling attack to win them matches. Their batsmen will hope for more batting friendly conditions in Queenstown, preferably a pitch as flat as the airport runway at one end of the ground, to get some confidence back. Sri Lanka’s tour of Bangladesh has taken a potentially decisive step forward following a meeting between officials of the two boards in Dubai on Thursday. The BCB said it had been told by Sri Lanka that the tour was on and the SLC, while not explicitly confirming it would send a team, said its final decision would depend on the visit, from January 13, of a security delegation to Bangladesh.The tour had been in doubt because of security issues caused by political instability in Bangladesh and Thursday’s meeting, on the sidelines of an ICC conference in Dubai, was scheduled to smooth out differences.After the meeting, the two sides issued differing statements, though the substance of both suggested that it was a step towards the tour going ahead.”Sri Lanka Cricket president Jayantha Dharmadasa has confirmed to the BCB that the Sri Lanka tour is on,” BCB’s media committee chairman, Jalal Yunus, said. “But the SLC’s two-member security committee will arrive as per schedule on January 13.”The SLC was more guarded in its response. “We have said we are touring and we have taken the FTP [into consideration], so the assurance is there,” SLC president Jayantha Dharmadasa said. “At the present time we can’t say we’re not going, and that’s what I told them [BCB]. We have two people going to assess the situation, because it’s changing day by day.”The security committee will comprise former CEO Ajit Jayasekara – an air commodore with the Sri Lanka Air Force – and vice-president Mohan de Silva.
